VenuWorks Presents Jackson Galaxy at Rialto Square Theatre

Just announced JACKSON GALAXY, popularly known as “The Cat Daddy”, will be at Rialto Square Theatre on Tuesday April 19, 2022 at 7:30 PM.

Jackson Galaxy is the host and executive producer of Animal Planet’s long running hit show “My Cat From Hell.” Jackson, an animal advocate and cat behavior and wellness expert, is also a two-time New York Times best-selling author with more than 25 years of experience working with cats and their guardians.

Long before Jackson was known as “The Cat Daddy,” the working musician found he had a unique ability to connect with cats when he took a job at a local animal shelter. After a decade of working with thousands of cats, he joined a private practice working with cat guardians and cats in their homes, which ultimately became the premise for “My Cat From Hell.”  An immediate hit, the show has been a broadcast staple for ten seasons and has become a global phenomenon, placing Jackson at the forefront of a worldwide obsession with all things feline.

Jackson has extensively detailed his work and life in his growing collection of authored books, including “Catify to Satisfy” and “Catification,” which both landed on the New York Times Best-Sellers List, and his latest book, “Total Cat Mojo,” a comprehensive guide to his approach on total cat wellness and eliminating behavioral problems by understanding cats and their instinctive behavior.

True to his goal of helping to save all animals, Jackson started the Jackson Galaxy Project in 2015, now a Signature Program of GreaterGood.org, which seeks to better the lives of at-risk animals by transforming the places they live and helping the people who care for them through life-saving JGP Programs and partnerships.

Jackson’s mission is to educate people about cats and deepen the human and cat bond, while reducing the number of animals that end up in shelters.

VenuWorks Presents Chris Janson at the Rialto Square Theatre

Just announced CHRIS JANSON will be at the Rialto Square Theatre on Thursday, February 24, 2022 at 7:30 PM.

A “live legacy in the making” (Rolling Stone), country music star and acclaimed entertainer Chris Janson is a platinum-selling recording artist, high-octane entertainer, multi-instrumentalist, and award-winning singer/songwriter who Bobby Bones has named among the greatest six live performers in country music.

The ACM Award-winner has collected prestigious accolades that place him amongst country music greats. Both his inspiring hit “Drunk Girl” and his chart-topping, 3x Platinum smash “Buy Me A Boat” were named among NSAI’s “Ten Songs I Wish I’d Written” lists – making Janson one in a handful of the industry’s most elite artists to earn the title multiple times. “Good Vibes,” the flagship single from his 2019 album Real Friends, and follow-up “Done” each topped the country charts, bringing his total of No. 1 songs to four – and now the hit-maker is entering a new chapter with “Bye Mom.” The single, derived from the real-life story of co-writer Brandon Kinney, is a triumphant ode to unconditional love. It was most-added upon impact at country radio and earned the highest first-week streaming total of Janson’s career.

In addition to his own successes, the talented songwriter has lent his pen to industry peers including Tim McGraw (“Truck Yeah,” “How I’ll Always Be”), LOCASH (“I Love This Life”) and the legendary Hank Williams Jr. (“God Fearin’ Man,” “Those Days Are Gone”). Catch Janson’s “crazy harmonica skill and… riveting stage tyle” (People) this winter on his headlining Halfway to Crazy Tour and see for yourself what makes him an “undeniable star” (The Tennessean).

Iliza currently has five stand-up specials streaming on Netflix, including Unveiled, which delves into her journey of getting married, and 2018’s Elder Millennial, which is the subject of Iliza Shlesinger: Over & Over, her “fan-u-mentary” giving fans an inside look into her life on tour. Her other specials are War Paint, Freezing Hot, and Confirmed Kills.

In recent years, Iliza has branched out into acting and will next be seen starring in the Netflix movie Good On Paper, an indie “non-rom-com” she wrote. Other credits include, Instant Family, starring Wahlberg and Rose Byrne, and The Iliza Shlesinger Sketch Show, a comedy series she created and starred in for Netflix.

In March 2020, in response to the pandemic, she and her husband, Chef/James Beard Award nominated author Noah Galuten, launched Don’t Panic Pantry as a way to encourage people to stay at home and flatten the curve. The fun, follow-along at-home cooking show broadcasts live via Iliza’s Instagram and Facebook page and recently surpassed the 200th episode mark. It has been featured on TODAY Show, The Talk, and more.

Iliza is currently hard at work on her second book All Things Aside (Abrams Books and Blackstone Audio), which recently sold as part of a bidding war. Her first book, Girl Logic: The Genius and the Absurdity (Hachette Book Group) was a subversively funny collection of essays offering her unique perspective on irrational behavior. Hey podcast, AIA: Ask Iliza Anything, is a fan favorite and features Iliza giving out her Dear Abby-esque advice from fan submitted questions. She recently guest hosted Jimmy Kimmel Live and previously hosted her own limited run late night talk show Truth & Iliza on Freeform. Iliza regularly supports a variety of causes including USO, Team Rubicon, Cystic Fibrosis, and more. In 2019, she partnered with Sanae Intoxicants, an L.A. based perfumer, and created “Christmas Mouth,” a limited-edition fragrance to raise money for Best Friends Animal Society.

VenuWorks Presents FELIPE ESPARZA at the Rialto Square Theatre

Filipe Esparza - February 12 @ 8 PM

Actor and Last Comic Standing Winner Felipe Esparza will be taking the stage at the Rialto Square Theatre February 12, 2022 at 8pm for a night of laughter and stories.

Felipe started his career all because someone asked him to list his five goals in life, which included “to be happy” and “be a stand-up comedian.” After a short stint in rehab before he was 21, he worked for years as a stand-up comedian, opening on the road for fellow comedians such as Gabriel Iglesias and Paul Rodriguez. He then took a leap of faith and went out on his own, which led to very little income and opportunity at first.
His “overnight success” of winning Last Comic Standing allowed Felipe to produce his first stand-up comedy special, “They’re Not Gonna Laugh at You” (now on Netflix). He also has made several appearances TV appearances on “The Eric Andre Show: and NBC’s “Superstore”.

In addition to his live stand-up, Felipe hosts a weekly podcast on the All Things Comedy Network called “What’s Up Fool?” that focuses on interesting stories from just about anybody. From Father Greg Boyle from Homeboy Industries, to actor Emilio Rivera (from Sons of Anarchy) to even the “Incredible Hulk” who takes photos with tourist on Hollywood Blvd., Felipe believes everyone has a story to tell about how they got where they are, no matter who they are.

In 2017, Felipe and his wife self-financed and self-produced his second one‐hour stand‐up special, entitled “Translate This”, which they licensed to HBO. His latest stand-up special was released September, 2020 on Netflix as a dual release – one special performed in English (“Bad Decisions”) and one performed in Spanish (“Malas Decisiones”). Felipe is also currently developing a sitcom with actor Omar Chaparro, producer Eric Tannenbaum and 3Pas (Eugenio Derbez’s production company).

VIP Packages Include:
Meet and Greet After the show
Photo Opportunity with Felipe Esparza
“Unmasked” Tour Laminate and Lanyard
