Joliet, IL (December 27, 2017) – John Condron is the founder of the revived music scene in downtown Joliet. Originally from Philadelphia, Condron has made his home in Joliet for over two decades, recently celebrating his 20th anniversary show at Chicago St Pub.
“Celebrate local, homegrown talent, it is as good here as it is anywhere,” Condron boasts at his frequent Chicagoland shows. Dubbed “one of the Chicago’s hardest-working gems,” by New City Magazine, Condron has played with actor Viggo Mortensen,
musicians Joseph Arthur, Paul Brady, Mickey Harte, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Duncan Shiek, Adrian Belew, and Chicago’s best slam poets, including Marc Smith and Marty McConnell. He has recently played at the Green Mill in Chicago and the National Concert Hall in Dublin.
Condron’s performances are chronicled by the work of Wilco photographer Zoran Orlic and he is sponsored by Hanson Guitars in Chicago. Come celebrate the good-looking maestro with the hat, who shimmy’s his sidestep, acoustic in hand, fronting his latest folky American backing band The Old Gang Orchestra for his sixth record release, “Dead Tree” at the beautiful Rialto Theater on February 16.

Daughtry, the American rock band headlined by Chris Daughtry, will be making its way to Rialto Square Theatre for an evening of alternative rock on Monday, April 16.
With countless awards and nominations including categories in the American Music Awards, Billboard Music Awards, Grammy Awards, People’s Choice Awards and Teen Choice Awards, Daughtry made it onto the global music scene after coming in fourth on the fifth season of American Idol.
Since American Idol, Daughtry has five albums to its credit, which includes their self-titled debut album in 2006 that made it to number one on the Billboard charts and was 4x platinum. Daughtry’s latest album, It’s not Over, The Hits So Far, was released one year ago.

Decades Rewind is set to perform an audience favorite theatrical concert at the Rialto Square Theatre on Saturday, February, 17, 2018.
Decades Rewind is a national touring concert, dance party and theatrical performance all wrapped up in one blockbuster show celebrating the hits of the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s – America’s most prominent decades in music history.
The medleys feature a wide array of legendary songs including hits by ABBA, Jimi Hendrix, The Beatles, Tina Turner, Chubby Checker, Joan Jett & The Blackhearts, Prince, Bon Jovi, and many others. The “jump out and grab you show” is accompanied by three larger than life screens and visuals that instantly transport viewers to each decade with images from that era’s headlines and pop-culture.

Joliet, IL (December 8, 2017) – The Manhattan Transfer, with over 40 years of jazz history, will be playing the Rialto Square Theatre on Wednesday, March 14, 2018.
The Manhattan Transfer created a unique jazz sound through its blend of acapella, vocalese, swing, standards, Brazilian jazz, rhythmic and blues and pop! After going through many musical and band member changes throughout the band’s storied musical history, the newest iteration of the band will play the Rialto Square Theatre as part of its most current national tour.
Tim Hauser originally founded the band and spent his life developing the sweet unique sounds, that live on today even after his death. The release of The Definitive Pop Collection, a 2-disc retrospective of the groups greatest hits takes a look back at some of the greatest musical bodies of work ever created.
