We are saddened to learn of the death of CHARLIE DANIELS. We were looking forward to hosting THE CHARLIE DANIELS BAND and THE MARSHALL TUCKER BAND at the Rialto Square Theatre on September 11, 2020.
Because of this unexpected news, we ask that all ticket holders be patient as we work to issue refunds.
Tickets Purchased Through Ticketmaster
If you purchased tickets through Ticketmaster via their website or mobile app, you will received an automatic refund to the payment method used to purchase tickets.
Tickets purchased at the Rialto box office
If you purchased tickets at the Rialto box office the tickets need to be mailed back to the box office to process the refund. Tickets should be mailed to:

Show Rescheduled to May 14, 2021
JOLIET, IL (May 21, 2020) The VenuWorks-managed Rialto Square Theatre has announced that The Platters® with The Marvelettes and The Classic Drifters has been postponed. The show, originally scheduled for May 29, 2020, has been rescheduled for May 14, 2021.
Tickets purchased for the May 29, 2020 show will be honored at the May 14, 2021 show. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled show, please contact your point of purchase for a refund. Refunds will be available for 30 days, through June 20, 2020. Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster can be refunded through the Ticketmaster website, while tickets purchased at the Rialto box office will need to be mailed back to the box office to process the refund.

“While the Friday, May 15th show has been canceled due to the current COVID-19 crisis, we are working together to bring Kevin James back to the Rialto Square Theatre at a later date.”

The VenuWorks-managed Rialto Square Theatre and Dusty Guitar Promotions announced the cancellation of the event Scary Mommy, which was scheduled for May 14, 2020.
In support of the health and well-being of the nation and at the direction of government and public health officials, the May 14th engagement of Scary Mommy Live: The Mother of All Comedy Shows has been canceled.

The VenuWorks-managed Rialto Square Theatre announced today that Gary Allan has been rescheduled to Sunday, September 20, 2020 at 7:30pm.

Tickets for the original date on April 9th, and the first rescheduled date of May 28th, will be honored for the new date of Sept. 20th, so please hang on to your ticket.
