SafeTix

We have implemented SafeTix at our venue. This consists of a scannable barcode that refreshes every few second to protect tickets from being screenshotted or copied.

• Screenshots of tickets or any ticket produced by an unauthorized source will not be accepted.
• Add your ticket(s) to your phone’s digital wallet in advance to avoid slow or weak Wi-Fi or cellular signals.
• Please have your tickets ready to scan before entering the venue.
• Please make sure your phone is charged before arriving at the venue.
• We suggest setting your phone screen to the highest brightness possible before you get in line to enter.
• If you are attending with guests and would like to transfer (forward) each person their own ticket, please do so in advance.
• Paper tickets purchased from our box office are valid.

We strongly discourage ticket buyers to purchase tickets through third parties such as people over social media and ticket brokers. When purchasing through a third party, there is no guarantee that the tickets purchased are authentic. With the implementation of SafeTix, screenshots of tickets are invalid. The only way to guarantee entrance to an event at Rialto Square Theatre is by purchasing tickets through Ticketmaster or our Box Office.
