The Celebration of all things Irish returns this year for its second edition benefiting the Rialto Square Theatre Foundation, which provides critical support for the Rialto and its outreach activities.
This year’s “Shamrockin’” event includes two dozen of our area’s most talented artists performing both traditional and contemporary Irish music, along with Irish dancers, bagpipers, a youth choir, and traditional Irish session. Featured performers include former “All-Ireland Singing Champion” Gavin Coyle, former “Lord Of The Dance” fiddler Anne Hatfield-Martin, and local Irish-music favorites, John Condron and Allison Flood.
As part of the event, the Rialto Theatre Foundation will offer raffles, a whiskey tasting and Irish entertainment in the rotunda. Doors to the rotunda for the event open at 6 PM, interior theater doors open at 6:30 PM and the show begins at 7:30 PM. Exclusive whiskey tasting upgrade of an additional $40 includes five samples and charcuterie board.
