America’s preeminent progressive rock band, KANSAS, will be embarking on the final leg of their popular Point of Know Return Anniversary Tour stopping at the Rialto Square Theatre on Saturday, December 4th, 2021, at 7:30 pm. Launched as a celebration of the 40th Anniversary of the massive hit album Point of Know Return, the band will be performing the album in its entirety. The tour showcases classic KANSAS music including hit songs, deep cuts, and fan favorites.

It’s going to be a spectacular rock and roll event when the Illinois Rock & Roll Museum on Route 66 hosts its inaugural Hall of Fame induction awards ceremonies on the evening of Tuesday, August 31st, 2021 at Joliet’s Rialto Square Theatre.

“Last year’s debut event was postponed due to the COVID pandemic,” said Ron Romero, the museum’s Chairman of the Board. “We are excited to announce the rescheduled date on this historic event. And with that announcement comes some exciting updates to what we originally had planned for the event including additional performances and the event is going to be held at the beautiful Rialto Square Theatre in downtown Joliet!”

Confirmed for live, on-stage appearances to date include REO Speedwagon, Ides of March, Jimy Sohns of the Shadows of Knight, the Millennials with video appearances from Chicago, and more to be announced soon.

Just announced, Multiple Grammy award winner DWIGHT YOAKAM will entertain the crowd at the Rialto Square Theatre on Sunday, August 22, 2021 at 8:00 pm.

Dwight Yoakam has sold more than 25 million albums worldwide, and he is a 21-time nominated, multiple GRAMMY Award winner. He has 12 gold albums and 9 platinum or multi-platinum albums, with five of those albums topping Billboard’s Country Albums chart and another 14 landing in the Top 10. Nearly 40 of Yoakam’s singles have charted on Billboard, with 14 peaking in the Top 10. Yoakam is a recipient of the Artist of the Year award from the Americana Music Association, the most prestigious award offered by the organization, he will be inducted into the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame in the Songwriter/Artist category at the 49th anniversary Gala on October 14, 2019 in Nashville, TN.

Yoakam’s self-curated SiriusXM channel, titled Dwight Yoakam and The Bakersfield Beat ‘Where Country Went Mod’ launched in April of 2018. The channel celebrates the Bakersfield sound and those whom it has inspired. RAIN – A TRIBUTE TO THE BEATLES, originally scheduled for May 8, 2020 and April 22, 2021, has been rescheduled to March 24, 2022.

Tickets for the original dates will be honored at the March 24, 2022 show. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled show date please contact your point of purchase for a refund. Refunds will be available for 30 days, through May 8, 2021. Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster can be refunded through the Ticketmaster website, while tickets purchased at the Rialto box office will need to be mailed back to the box office to process the refund.
