If you’ve always wanted to see New York, but don’t know where to start, join us for this amazing opportunity to explore New York City’s museums, Central Park, and of course…incredible NYC Broadway shows!
Your Rialto NY Tour Guides will take care of every detail. Trip includes:
- TRANSPORTATION/AIRFARE – roundtrip airfare from Chicago and transportation to Times Square hotel
- THREE-NIGHT HOTEL STAY – in the heart of Times Square
- THREE FABULOUS BROADWAY SHOWS – Show choices TBD

- 9/11 TOUR – Walking, guided tour ending at 9/11 Memorial Museum

$2,200 per person for double occupancy or $2,700 for single occupancy
A $500 non-refundable deposit is due with your registration form in order to hold your spot.
This is a fundraiser for Rialto Square Theatre, which is a 501 (C)(3) nonprofit. After all expenses are paid, the remaining portion is considered a donation. Great trip, great cause!
First Come, First Served!
Space is limited to 38 guests.
We fly into NY usually late morning/early afternoon Friday. We go to dinner Fri evening, followed by a Broadway show
Saturday morning we will take anyone who wants to go to purchase 50% off tix if you would like to see a matinee Sat afternoon (this would be in addition to the three shows that are included in the trip).
Mid morning, you can choose from a tour of Ground Zero, or a tour of Radio City Music Hall (included in the trip cost).
You have free time in the afternoon until we meet again for dinner (this gives you time to shop, go to a matinee as mentioned, or to do any of the other 3 billion things there is to do in NYC)!
Saturday night dinner as a group and then our second Broadway show
Sunday morning free time. Late morning, we will take anyone who’s interested to Central Park
Matinee that afternoon, followed by the most amazing dinner at Tony’s DiNapoli
Monday morning we go to Ellen’s Stardust Diner (google it if you have time!)
Then we usually have an hour or so to sightsee, and then head to the airport to go home!
We will not book shows until about 8 weeks prior to the trip.
We get the very best seats available and use NY theatre contacts to book the best shows
Because the shows are CONSTANTLY changing, we don’t want to book too far in advance and then miss out on something new that we could have grabbed
Please note: we stay in the heart of Times Square where the dinners and Broadway theatres are within walking distance from the hotel. This is mostly a walking tour as it is the best way to travel through NYC! However, our group members are welcome to choose to take a taxi or other transportation as an option for various destinations.
Trip Review Meeting
We have a meeting several weeks before each of the trips to talk with all of the travelers, get a chance to meet each other, go over every detail of the trip, and allow you to ask questions.
